Our Delivery Team
At delivery, all furniture is unpacked and set up, if necessary. Our delivery team exists to serve you and will place your new furniture as you request in your home.
The delivery team will:
- Remove plastic coverings and strapping from all upholstery
- Set up and place all leaves in your dining room table
- Set up curio cabinets, hutches, tables and all units, as well as fit shelves
- Set up bed frame, bunk, trundle and other storage or rollaway-type beds
- Place mattresses on frames and attach newly purchased headboard and footboard
- Attach mirrors to dressers
- For a nominal fee, we'll haul away old mattresses, if noted on sales check
These services are part of our delivery fee. It is not necessary to tip our delivery team.
We regret that we cannot remove or install electronic or computer equipment.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. However, we will attempt to reach you at the phone number(s) you have provided to us in order to give you a confirmation of your delivery no later than one day prior to the arrival of our delivery team. A three-hour delivery time window will be provided. At this time, you may request a notification call shortly before the arrival of the delivery team.
If you have questions prior to delivery date or need to reschedule your delivery, that will not be a problem. We'll gladly reschedule to a more convenient date. Please contact our Pre-Delivery Department at 1-800-420-4615.

Service, Warranties And Sales Checks
Your sales check is extremely important. It not only serves as your proof-of-purchase, but also contains valuable information and will ensure you receive prompt assistance should any problem arise.
60-Day, No-Hassle Furniture And Rug Policy
Within 60 days after delivery, if you are not satisfied with your in-stock furniture or area rug purchase, we will be happy to do a one-time exchange of your merchandise, or pick up the merchandise for credit, less any delivery and warranty fees. After 60 days, all merchandise will be serviced or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty. Furniture Clearance Center purchases are always sold "as is, final sale."
Special Orders
Special orders will not be accepted for return unless they were received by the customer damaged/defective or not manufactured according to customer specifications.
30-Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee
Mattress industry experts recommend at least 30 nights of sleep on a new mattress to adjust to the feel of it. After 30 nights of sleeping on your new mattress, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have two weeks to make a one-time reselection, or we will pick up the bed for credit, less any delivery or warranty fees. The new bed must be of equal or greater value and the customer pays any difference.
